Cables specifically designed for the requirements of direct current enable increased efficiency in power distribution by eliminating unnecessary conversions. The higher voltage and the resulting lower current, all other things being equal, offer potential for:

reduced heat generation = lower air conditioning costs,
(reserve for) higher power transmission, or
smaller cable dimensions in confined spaces.

At the request of an expert in critical infrastructure, Bayka developed a flexible, halogen-free, and highly flame-resistant cable with two neutral conductors to accommodate high unbalanced loads. The stranded construction of the cable eliminates potential sources of EMC interference during installation.
