We as Bayka have adapted ourselves again and again during all times since our beginnings in 1885. Even in turbulent times the solidarity within our Bayka family has contributed to our success. Principles like honesty, sustainability, reliability and respect are deeply embedded within our company DNA. Fair working conditions, equal treatment, flat hierarchies and openness by the management contribute to a appreciative approach among each other.
We came to stay
The average periode of employment amounts to 15 years and our fluctuation rate is very low. Occupational safety and mutual trust create a win-win situation for everyone as employers as well as our management can plan for the long-term. Being part of the owner-managed company and financially solid Wilms group we have adopted the character of a family business. With our authorised representative Mr. Thomas Schrimpff, the fourth generation of the founding family is actively working in the company.
We are manufacturing exclusively in Germany and are a reliable and innovative partner for our customers all over the world. We are training our junior staff thoroughly and support advanced training and continuing education. Our team represents a colourful mixture including young and experienced employees. Many even say that Bayka is the number one workplace in Roth!
