As a traditional manufacturer of cables, wires, and plastic products, we are committed with conviction to systematic quality management, occupational safety, sustainable energy management, and to health safety as individual elements of a comprehensively integrated management system.

Conserving resources

With more than 400 small measures, we as a company have managed to reduce our total energy consumption by 20 per cent over the last three years.

Installation of triple glazing in all windows in the administration buildings
Conversion to LED lighting
Lowering the temperature in the factories on public holidays and during company holidays

Promoting a liveable environment

Our company premises are surrounded by mature trees and a pond. In order to maintain the balance between cable production and nature, we take care to preserve the trees and protect the animals that live there. Last year, we were even able to relocate bats from a neighbouring demolition building to our company premises. This was achieved by installing bat boxes throughout the company premises.

We attach great importance to transparency and ethical standards along our supply chain. By carefully selecting suppliers and partnerships, we promote fair working conditions, human rights and sustainable production. In this way, we also fulfill the requirements of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG).

Whistleblower protection

Another key component of our CSR initiative is the protection of whistleblowers. We encourage all employees and stakeholders to report ethical concerns and violations of our principles. A secure and protected channel is available for these important reports.

For such cases, we have set up a complaints system where you can report your concerns (anonymously if you wish) via the independent company People Intouch.
